Meet The Team

James Barras

James is from New Iberia, LA. He has a degree in Air conditioning from Delgado. He has 15 years' experience in the HVAC industry in residential and commercial. James is also the heat load and duct design tech. He is also NATE certified, which is the highest certification you can get in the HVAC industry.

James Bendernagel

James was born and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana. He has over 10 years of experience working in the HVAC industry in the residential and commercial sectors and is our Operations Manager. James graduated from Sullivan Campus in Bogalusa, Louisiana and is HVAC certified. He has also trained in generator service, customer relations, HVAC installation and air quality. In his free time, he enjoys playing music and spending time with his beautiful wife and 2 baby boys.

Kyle Siegrist

Kyle is a highly trained HVAC technician with more than 7 years of experience in the field. He has been with our company for 2 years now. Before graduating with an associate’s degree of applied science, Kyle was a chef for 6 years. He also enjoys playing guitar and singing for a few successful acts in the local area. He now has a beautiful new daughter to occupy the majority of his free time. 

Mike Buccola

Mike is from New Orleans, Louisiana but is now a 5 year resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Mike is our bookkeeper who has 39 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting and is an inactive CPA. Mike has been married for 37 years now to his wonderful wife. In his spare time, he enjoys spending the weekends at his hunting camp and playing with his new grand baby.

Ronnie Roundtree

Ronnie was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana but now resides in Hammond. He has 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry with an associate's degree in applied science. Ronnie is obsessed with sports of any kind and loves spending time with his daughter.

Savannah Morris

Customer Experience Coordinator

Savannah was raised in Livingston, Louisiana. She is our Customer Experience Coordinator who is here to make sure our customer’s experience is seamless and memorable. She has 7 years of experience in Customer Service and is your go to girl for all questions and concerns. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her high school sweetheart and husband, Payton.

James Magee

James was born and raised in Franklinton, LA. He graduated from Louisiana Technical College in Bogalusa, LA. James has 18 years experience in the HVAC industry and loves it. He is also HVAC Excellence Certified and is devoted to customer satisfaction.

Simon Pham

Simon is from New Orleans, LA. He is our Install Manager and has trained on the job since 1997. He spent a lot of that time managing as well. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, especially in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee during their annual family vacation. He is most proud of his family and his personal success for excelling in his HVAC career.

Israel "Tony" Deras

Tony was born in Honduras. Tony has been around the HVAC field since he was 15 years old and is a part of the Install Team. He became extremely comfortable with the craft and did HVAC training for 3 years along with completing his certifications. He loves spending time with his wife, 2 children, and mother in his spare time.

Steven Warren

Steven is one of our Service Professionals. He was raised in Hillsdale, LA but now resides in Hammond with his beautiful wife, Ashby. He has 6 years of experience and is certified through Southwest Mississippi Community College.

Chasse Roth

Service Technician

Chasse is one of our Lead Installers and has been with our company for 2 years now. He graduated from North Shore Tech! Chasse was born in Harahan but now resides in Hammond with his longtime girlfriend. When he isn't working, he loves to sing and play guitar in his downtime.

Randy Purcell

Randy is one of our Service Professionals. He was born and raised in Costa Masa, CA. Randy has 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry and absolutely loves what he does. When he's not working, you can find him mentoring youth at a local community center.

Seth Doherty

Seth is one of our Service Professionals. He is from Berwick,LA  and has 8 years of experience in the HVAC industry.  Seth loves his work but when he isn't working, he enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with his son.

Micah Watkins

Customer Experience Coordinator

Micah is our Customer Experience Coordinator. She strives to make sure our day to day scheduling of customers is perfect!  Micah has over 10 years of customer service experience. On the weekends she enjoys spending time with her loving husband and two crazy children.
