We recently started using Professional Heating & Air for preventive maintenance. Chasse and the new team member he was training were very knowledgeable, kind, thorough and detailed.
Thanks to the whole team. We were completely informed and given quotes on all our options. Chase came out on the initial call. Once we decided what route to take it was again Chase that came out to fix our problem. Super genuine guy. Very knowledgeable and explained everything where I could understand it.

Yesterday morning, March 27th, a professional heating and Air person came to service my AC. I believe his name was Steven but I'm not positive on that. He was he was here from 8:30 to about 10:00. My technician Chasse was on time. He was courteous and explained everything in detail. He made suggestions for preventative maintenance and was detailed in order of necessity. Overall a good experience.
We purchased a new AC unit from them and had them install it. They were very professional from start to finish. Kept all promises and dates. Explained every part of the process. Follow up was fantastic too.

I was able to get an appointment they same day I called in. My tech seth arrived, found the issue in less than 15 minutes. He had to run and get the part but while I was waiting and never knew he came back I felt cool air coming in. In maybe a hour my a/c was back running. Seth made my experience easy and simple as it can get. Thank you!
